Refund & Return Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

At Merry Pine, your consumer rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following policy:

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via our store email.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Your Australian Consumer Law Guarantee You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
